Greetings seasoned Crodexers of #CROFAM and newcomers!

Crodex brings you a new series of articles explaining our fresh Roadmap for 2024 onwards. For context, here is the original article where we revealed the Roadmap: https://crodex.medium.com/revamping-crodex-from-bear-to-bull-3f7be10df935

In the previous article mentioned, we explained why we chose to adopt this new production model, which is different than what we used to have; that is, managing and developing all products with full ownership of the team and only some outsourced assistance. This article aims to explain the model in detail and clarify the terms we use for future reference.

New Production Model

The new production model embraces a decentralized management strategy to oversee a new range of subsidiaries. This approach allows each subsidiary to operate with a certain degree of autonomy, tailored to the nature of their projects and our relationship with them. Alongside our subsidiaries, we also maintain a core team of development, forming three distinct types of working teams.

  1. Power-incubation

It is a type of subsidiary operates under our direct control, albeit loosely. They maintain a significant level of independence in developing and executing their projects. We provide support, limited resources, and overarching guidance with our experience and expertise in the field, but the main decision-making and project development are primarily driven by the subsidiary itself. We also oversee the incubated projects to eliminate risks of misconduct. This structure allows for agility and innovation within the subsidiary, leveraging their specialized expertise and insights to drive success.

2. CROWD projects

Our launchpad platform, CROWD, has hosted reputable projects in the past with next-to-no hitches encountered by their investors, partly thanks to our careful picks, as well as execution of the launch processes at the time. Now with this new approach, we will go a little further and dedicate work-time from our core team to support CROWD projects with direct guidance. Still, those projects are managed and built autonomously, with our firm serving merely as a launchpad. In this scenario, we provide initial support to help the project establish itself, but we maintain no control or influence over their operations thereafter. These projects are owned by essentially free agents, empowered to pursue their own vision and goals independently of CRODEX. While we may have initially facilitated their launch, they operate as separate entities with their own strategies, governance, and decision-making processes.

3. Core team developments

In addition to above production lines, we of course maintain a core team of development. The core development team serves as a centralized hub of expertise and support, offering specialized skills and resources to supplement the efforts of power-incubation and CROWD projects. While the core team may provide guidance and collaborate with subsidiaries on certain projects, they will continue to build and enhance our existing products such as our DeX and Metaverse Hub.

Bearing the first fruits

You might already be aware of Bear Arena by GoC, a power-incubation project, coming up soon as we promote it via our channels. More power-incubation projects are to be revealed very soon. Not only that, but also we are currently on-boarding projects to CROWD.

With this new model and addition of autonomous teams, our ecosystem is becoming energized and thriving, poised for unprecedented growth and dynamic opportunities!
